These presentations will last no more than 15 minutes and will be grouped together in threes to facilitate more movement and choice between streams. Questions and answers for each presentation will be held directly after each presentation. Where possible, these presentations will be grouped on a related topic or sector.
Submissions should be an abstract of the presentation.
Final and full submission of the accepted presentation or paper will be required before the conference so it can be published in the proceedings booklet.

Lightning Talks are a short presentation style. They are 5 minutes long and ideally consist of 15 slides, giving 20 seconds to each slide so that the slides auto-forward to the next one.

This year we aim to have the posters on display throughout the conference. We’ll also have a new Connect and Converse session where the poster creators will have an opportunity to discuss their poster with attendees in small groups, which will rotate through the posters. This small group technique provides for a greater level of feedback and questions.
Submissions should be an abstract that describes the contents of the poster and the approach taken. Optionally, you can submit a link to a draft/final version of the infographic with the abstract. The final submission will need to be submitted as a PDF.
By submitting, the author or authors agree that they or their employer retain copyright, but that the poster should be licensed so that others can re-use it freely, non-commercially (for example with creative commons), but the exact license is up to the person submitting.
Please note that the organizers will need full distribution rights to distribute it electronically, as the goal will be to publish an e-book capturing all the accepted poster submissions for the MoodleMoot.
If accepted, you will need to provide the finalized PDF by a deadline close to the conference dates.
The MoodleMoot’s success depends on the community presentations and contributions. You can submit your proposal under the following presentation types:
These are in addition to the panels, workshops, and keynotes that are recommended to us by the community.
This year we have five different tracks that you can choose to submit your presentation to. These are:
You can select one or more tracks when submitting.
